Eligibility Criteria: 18+ This workshop explores the intersection of sensory art-making and neuroscience to promote emotional regulation and community building. Participants will use mixed media, including textiles to translate personal narratives into sensory art. By contributing individual "leaves" to a shared "Communitree," the group physically weaves personal experiences into a collective tapestry of belonging and social connection.
