Eligibility Criteria: 18+ This workshop explores the intersection of sensory art-making and neuroscience to promote emotional regulation and community building. Participants will use mixed media, including textiles to translate personal narratives into sensory art. By contributing individual "leaves" to a shared "Communitree," the group physically weaves personal experiences into a collective tapestry of belonging and social connection.

Through reflections, narratives, memories, identities, imaginations, experiences, observations, personal archives and histories, participants will translate the spatial experiences into drawings, collages, text, and maps—ending with a shared dialogue that reveals how geography quietly scripts our inner lives.

Eligibility Criteria: English-speaking, 18+ A laboratory to deepen self-compassion through the use of pigments as social binding agents that embody key concepts within collective artistic and research practice. Grounded in South–South dialogue, it creates a relational and care-centered space to critically reflect on internalized oppression and rehearse non-oppressive, regenerative ways of knowing and relating.

Eligibility Criteria: 18+ ZINDABAD is a 3-hour experiential workshop where theatre, ritual, and the Work That Reconnects weave into a journey through gratitude, grief, and radical celebration. Through games, movement, and storytelling, you'll process what's hard and rediscover what you love — in the company of others who also showed up. No experience needed: just bring your body, your feelings, and whatever you're carrying right now.

Eligibility Criteria: 18+ What if you could pause, and see your whole life mapped with a holistic lens? In this 2-hour immersive workshop, we’ll explore every key area of your life: relationships, finances, career, health, emotions, spirituality, creativity and more through guided reflection, intuitive art-making, movement and journaling. You’ll visually map where you are right now, gently uncover what feels nourished or neglected, and create a holistic vision for your next chapter.

The Artist's Playground is a space to connect, reflect, and grow. Through panel discussions, an experiential worksop, and time for connection, the day invites you into a shared creative journey. Open to artists, creators, and anyone curious about the arts.
