The Client is responsible for providing timely feedback and all necessary content to avoid project delays. 7. Limitation of Liability The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. The Company is not responsible for errors in the final deliverables that are based on incorrect information or materials provided by the Client. 8.
