Acceptance of Terms By availing the graphic design services provided by cm-eservices.com (“the Company”), you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Client and the Company. 2. Service Scope The Company will provide graphic design services as agreed upon in the project brief or quotation. Any changes or additions to the scope after project commencement may incur additional charges. 3. Payment Terms All projects require an advance payment as specified in the quotation or invoice. The advance payment, once made, is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. The remaining balance (if any) must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule before delivery of final files. 4. Client Data and Confidentiality The Company is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of all client data and project materials shared during the course of the engagement. Client data will not be shared with third parties except as required to deliver the agreed services. The Company reserves the right to use completed design work, which may include client data (such as logos, brand names, or visuals), in its portfolio and marketing materials to showcase its capabilities to potential clients. No sensitive or confidential business information will be disclosed. 5. Use of Designs Upon full payment, the Client will receive the rights to use the final design deliverables for their intended purpose. The Company retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, website, and promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 6. Project Communication All requests, modifications, or approvals must be communicated via email for record-keeping and clarity. The Client is responsible for providing timely feedback and all necessary content to avoid project delays. 7. Limitation of Liability The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. The Company is not responsible for errors in the final deliverables that are based on incorrect information or materials provided by the Client. 8. Amendments The Company reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. 9. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of cm-eservices.com’s operation. By proceeding with payment and/or submitting a project request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
