Welcome to Honeyvig. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Honeyvig website and your engagement with our web design, web development, UI/UX design, maintenance, and related digital services. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. 1. About Our Services Honeyvig provides digital services that may include: Website design and development UI/UX design E-commerce website development Website redesign and customization Website maintenance and support Website optimization Landing page development Content management system (CMS) development Domain and hosting assistance Other digital and technology services agreed upon with the client The exact scope of services, deliverables, timelines, pricing, and revisions will be agreed upon before work begins. 2. Project Requirements The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, content, images, branding materials, login credentials, technical requirements, and other resources reasonably required to complete the project. Delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information supplied by the client may affect the project timeline. Honeyvig is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control. 3. Project Scope Services will be delivered according to the agreed project scope. Any work requested outside the original scope may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges. Honeyvig will communicate applicable additional costs before proceeding with substantial additional work. 4. Pricing and Payments All project fees will be communicated to the client before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing: A project advance may be required before development begins. Remaining payments are due according to the agreed payment schedule. Additional services or changes outside the agreed scope may be billed separately. Payments made for completed services are generally non-refundable, subject to the specific terms agreed with the client. Honeyvig reserves the right to pause work or restrict delivery of project files or services where agreed payments remain outstanding. 5. Revisions and Changes The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the proposal or quotation provided to the client. Requests that substantially change the approved design, functionality, structure, or original requirements may be considered additional work. Repeated revisions or changes requested after final approval may result in additional charges and an adjusted delivery timeline. 6. Client Approval The client is responsible for reviewing and approving designs, content, functionality, and other deliverables. Once a design or deliverable has been approved, subsequent changes may be treated as additional work. The client should carefully review the final website before launch. 7. Content and Intellectual Property Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is responsible for ensuring that all text, images, logos, videos, fonts, software, trademarks, and other materials supplied by the client can legally be used for the project. The client retains ownership of materials supplied by the client, subject to any third-party rights. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of custom website work specifically created for the client will be transferred to the client, except for: Third-party software, plugins, themes, libraries, APIs, fonts, or other licensed materials Open-source software Honeyvig's pre-existing code, frameworks, tools, templates, processes, or reusable components Materials subject to separate third-party licensing terms Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses. 8. Portfolio Rights Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, Honeyvig may display completed website work, screenshots, designs, or project descriptions in its portfolio, website, presentations, and marketing materials. Confidential or sensitive client information will not knowingly be disclosed for promotional purposes. 9. Website Hosting and Third-Party Services Where a project uses third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, domain registrars, APIs, plugins, analytics platforms, email services, or other external platforms, those services may be subject to separate terms and policies. Honeyvig is not responsible for outages, changes, suspension, pricing changes, security incidents, or service limitations caused by third-party providers. 10. Website Security Honeyvig will take reasonable measures during development to implement the agreed website functionality and security practices. However, no website or online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. The client is responsible for maintaining appropriate access credentials and security practices after project handover unless ongoing maintenance and security services have been separately agreed. 11. Maintenance and Support Website maintenance, updates, backups, security monitoring, bug fixes, and technical support are included only where specifically stated in the applicable service agreement. If no ongoing maintenance agreement exists, Honeyvig is not obligated to provide continuing support after project completion. 12. Delivery and Launch Project timelines are estimates unless a fixed delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. Launch may depend on receiving timely approvals, content, credentials, payments, hosting access, domain information, and other required materials from the client. Honeyvig may delay launch where required information, approvals, or payments have not been provided. 13. Cancellation or Termination Either party may request termination of a project subject to the applicable agreement. If the client cancels a project after work has commenced, the client may be responsible for payment for work completed up to the cancellation date and any approved non-refundable third-party expenses. Honeyvig may terminate or suspend services where the client materially breaches these Terms & Conditions, fails to make required payments, or engages in unlawful or abusive conduct. 14. Refunds Refund eligibility depends on the nature and stage of the project and any separate agreement between Honeyvig and the client. Work that has already been completed, delivered, or approved may not be eligible for a refund. Any applicable refund will be considered according to the agreed proposal, invoice, or service agreement. 15. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Honeyvig will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use or inability to use a website or service. This may include loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or reputation. Honeyvig's liability, where legally applicable, will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law. 16. Client Responsibilities The client agrees not to use services provided by Honeyvig for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activities. The client is responsible for ensuring that their website, products, services, content, and business practices comply with applicable laws and regulations. 17. Confidentiality Both parties should make reasonable efforts to protect confidential information received from the other party. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, lawfully obtained from another source, or required to be disclosed by law. 18. Force Majeure Honeyvig will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or infrastructure failures, government actions, cyber incidents, third-party service outages, labor disputes, or other unforeseen events. 19. Changes to These Terms Honeyvig may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. 20. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction over the location of Honeyvig's registered or principal business office, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing. 21.
