Once the payment is successful, no refunds or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances. Drafting Services: Our drafting services (including RTI applications, First Appeals, Second Appeals, and Complaint Drafts) are fully customized and based on the inputs provided by you. Once the payment is made, no refunds will be processed. 2. Service Delivery E-Book Access: Immediately after a successful payment, you will receive direct access/a download option for the e-book, or it will be delivered directly to your registered email address. Drafting Orders: Upon receiving your payment receipt and all necessary documents (such as the original RTI, PIO reply, etc.) via email, your completed draft will be sent to your registered email within 24 to 48 working hours. Note: If the required inputs provided by you are incomplete or improper, the processing time may exceed the standard 24–48 hours window. 3.
