Terms & Conditions Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the services and digital products of Kanoon Samvad. Submitting your order indicates that you fully agree to these terms. 1. No-Refund Policy Digital Products (E-Books): All our e-books are provided in a digital download format. Once the payment is successful, no refunds or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances. Drafting Services: Our drafting services (including RTI applications, First Appeals, Second Appeals, and Complaint Drafts) are fully customized and based on the inputs provided by you. Once the payment is made, no refunds will be processed. 2. Service Delivery E-Book Access: Immediately after a successful payment, you will receive direct access/a download option for the e-book, or it will be delivered directly to your registered email address. Drafting Orders: Upon receiving your payment receipt and all necessary documents (such as the original RTI, PIO reply, etc.) via email, your completed draft will be sent to your registered email within 24 to 48 working hours. Note: If the required inputs provided by you are incomplete or improper, the processing time may exceed the standard 24–48 hours window. 3. Disclaimer Kanoon Samvad solely provides legal drafting assistance and documentation support. We are not a law firm, and utilizing this service does not establish an advocate-client relationship. The final decision rests entirely at the discretion of the concerned Public Information Officer (PIO), First Appellate Authority (FAA), or the Honorable Information Commission (SIC/CIC).
