This collection combines our shade-grown coffee roasted and ground for South filter coffee, with farm-grown and meticulously processed black and white pepper - three ingredients that have shaped kitchens and food across Coorg for generations. Inside: Filter Coffee - 250g Black Pepper - 250g White Pepper - 100g Our filter coffee is an 80% coffee and 20% chicory blend roasted for a balanced, full-bodied cup suited for traditional South Indian filter brewing. The black pepper is vine-ripened, hand-harvested, sorted, washed, sun-dried slowly on the farm to retain aroma and warmth, and finally graded so what you receive are uniform "bold" peppercorns. The white pepper is processed from ripe berries for a cleaner, deeper spice profile with gentle fermented notes, and a lingering heat. For dishes that need the heat minus the black specks. No flavouring agents, no artificial aroma additions. No preservatives or shortcuts in processing. Honest, mindful produce. Packed in small batches, from our farm in Coorg and shipped directly to you.
