The results are best interpreted during a follow-up consultation with a Mindscape therapist. 2. Payment and Redirection All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Upon successful payment, you will be automatically redirected to the Assessment Google Form. If you are not redirected due to a technical error, please contact us immediately at info@mind-scape.in with your payment screenshot, and we will email you the link manually. 3. Refund and Cancellation Policy Digital Product Rule: Since the assessment link is accessible immediately upon payment, the fee is non-refundable once the payment is processed. If you pay for a session alongside the assessment and wish to cancel the session, our standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies to the session fee only. 4. Confidentiality and Data Privacy Mindscape is committed to protecting your privacy. Your responses in the Google Form are encrypted and accessible only to the clinical team. Data collected will be used strictly for clinical analysis and to tailor your counseling journey. We do not sell or share your personal data with third-party marketing agencies. 5. Professional Boundaries Purchasing the assessment does not establish an emergency psychiatric relationship.
