1. Product and Service Scope a. Product: Each test series package includes the specified number of Full-Length Examination Papers (e.g., 5 or 10 papers) for the chosen board (SSC or CBSE) and subject (Mathematics or German). b. Service: The purchase price covers the physical printing and preparation of the papers, and the professional evaluation/checking of the solved answer sheets, followed by the return of checked papers, feedback summary, and answer keys. 2. Payment and Order Finality a. Final Sale: All sales for the "Board-Ready Blitz" test series are considered final and binding upon successful payment confirmation. b. No Cancellation: Once an order is placed and payment is received, the order cannot be cancelled as production and logistical processes are initiated immediately. c. No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of the product (physical materials and dedicated allocation of expert checking time), The Academy strictly maintains a no refund policy. Under no circumstances will any refund, full or partial, be provided once the purchase is complete. 3. Delivery and Logistics a. Pickup: Customers selecting the "Pune Center Pickup" option are responsible for collecting the paper bundle from the specified Pune center address during operational hours. The Academy is not liable for papers not picked up promptly. b. Courier Service: Customers selecting the "Courier" option must pay the non-refundable courier fee (if applicable) at the time of purchase. The Academy is responsible for dispatching the paper bundle to the address provided by the Customer via a tracked service. The Academy is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier partner or incorrect addresses provided by the Customer. c. Submission: Customers are responsible for the safe and timely submission of solved answer sheets back to the Pune center (via drop-off or post/courier). The cost of sending the solved papers back for checking is typically borne by the Customer, unless explicitly included in the package. 4. Service Turnaround a. Checking Time: The Academy commits to checking and returning the evaluated papers (for pickup or return courier) within a specified turnaround time (e.g., 7-14 days) from the date of receipt of the solved answer sheet at the Pune center. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or high volume, and The Academy reserves the right to slightly adjust this period. 5. Intellectual Property a. The contents of the examination papers, answer keys, and the feedback methodology are the exclusive intellectual property of EduFest Junior Academy Pune and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without explicit written consent. Crucial Note to Customer: By proceeding with the payment, you acknowledge and accept that your purchase is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
