Includes: Pre-trip guidance, sourcing strategy session, supplier verification support, travel & visa tips. Does not include group travel or factory visits.

Terms & Conditions Booking & Payment All bookings require an initial non-refundable deposit as per the package details. Full payment must be made as per the payment schedule before departure. Inclusions & Exclusions Packages include only the services mentioned in the inclusions section of each plan. Air tickets, visas, insurance, and personal expenses are excluded unless otherwise stated. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellation charges apply as per the package cancellation policy. No refunds for unused services or last-minute cancellations. Travel Requirements Participants must have a valid passport and required visas before departure. The company will assist in the application process but is not responsible for visa approval or denial. Itinerary & Services Itineraries are subject to change due to operational or external factors. The company reserves the right to modify services while providing equal or higher value alternatives. Liability The company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines, hotels, or third-party service providers.
