Candidate can give exam from home also using AI Proctoring services, he can also visit nearby Certiport Authorized Testing Centre like ours. Returns & Refund Policies 1. Certiport Exam voucher fees are 90% refundable if a request is made within 3 days of payment. 2. Choice of exam can be changed if requested within the same 3-day period. 3. The IBM Exam Preparation Kit fee is 90% refundable if the subscription has not been activated, and the refund request is submitted within 2 days of purchase. 4. Similarly, the Exam Simulation fee is 90% refundable if the subscription has not been activated, with a refund request made within 3 days of purchase. 5. Eligible refund request will be processed within 48 hrs /2 working days, from date of request.
