The company will not o er compensation for downtime. and other loss realted to it but our team will make sure to resolve the issue ASAP 4. The company is dedicated to following strict protocols to ensure your data remains secure and con dential. If youexperience issues or believe there has been a breach of data security, you must address these matters within the jurisdiction of Ajmer only , which means legal proceedings will need to be conducted there. 5. The subscription or plan you purchase is valid for the given validity of your purchased plan. After this period, you may need to renew or purchase a new plan to continue using the service. 6. Once you make a payment for the subscription or plan, it is not refundable. This means that if you cancel or decide you no longer want to use the service, you will not get your money back. 7. You are not permitted to sell or distribute the software to others. This ensures that the company retains control over how the software is used and distributed. You must not misuse or improperly share the company’s data. This includes not using data from the app for unauthorized purposes. You cannot create a new app that mimics or closely resembles the company’s app. This is to protect the company’s intellectual property and prevent competition using their software's design or functionality. 8. You are not allowed to upload any content that is illegal or harmful, such as explicit or o ensive material. The company will likely take action against users who violate this rule, which may include removing the content or banning the user. 9. If you fail to adhere to the terms and conditions, the company reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban your account. This is a measure to enforce the rules and maintain a safe and legal environment for all users. 10. If you encounter issues or need assistance, you can reach out to the company using the contact information they provide. Support might include help with technical problems, billing inquiries, or other concerns related to your use of the software. 11. All legal matters or disputes will be addressed exclusively within the jurisdiction of Ajmer only .
