By proceeding with payment through Razorpay, the Client/User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Service Policies of Shree Kalika Design Studio (SKDS). The payment made signifies a confirmed intent to hire SKDS for digital, creative, branding, design, marketing, or related professional services. All services are provided based on agreed scope, timelines, and commercial terms, and pricing reflects industry-standard quality, expertise, and resource deployment.
All payments are full advance payments toward services. Once payment is made, no cancellation, refund, or chargeback is permitted under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction, change of mind, delays due to client non-cooperation, or incorrect information provided by the client. Any amount paid stands forfeited if the client cancels, delays, or withdraws from the project.
The Client confirms that all details, materials, content, references, approvals, and information provided to SKDS are accurate, complete, and lawful. SKDS shall not be responsible for errors, delays, or losses arising from incorrect inputs, delayed responses, or non-cooperation from the Client. Failure to make payments on time, misuse of services, abusive behavior, or breach of conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund, at the sole discretion of SKDS.
Payments made via Razorpay Gateway, UPI or QR code are subject to applicable gateway charges and taxes at prevailing rates. In case of duplicate payments, failed transactions, or technical issues, resolution will be processed after verification as per banking timelines. SKDS shall not be liable for indirect losses, business impact, downtime, data loss, natural calamities, government actions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. All intellectual property, designs, content and deliverables remain the property of SKDS until full payment is received and may not be reused, resold, or distributed without written consent.
All disputes shall be governed by Indian laws, with exclusive jurisdiction limited to Mumbai, Maharashtra courts. By completing payment via Razorpay, the Client legally binds themselves to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledges that SKDS bears no liability for consequences arising from misuse or non-compliance by the Client.
