Scope of Service (Without AMC) – Printer Cartridge Refilling - One-Time Service: Cartridge refilling is provided strictly on a per-visit basis. No ongoing maintenance or annual service contract is included. - Refilling Process: The technician will clean, refill, and test the specified printer cartridge(s) using compatible ink or toner. - Quality Assurance: The service includes basic testing to ensure the cartridge functions properly after refilling. - Parts & Materials: Ink, toner, and other consumables are billed separately. Only standard refilling materials are used unless otherwise agreed. - Data & Device Responsibility: The customer is responsible for ensuring the printer is in working condition prior to service. The provider is not liable for printer malfunctions unrelated to the cartridge refilling. - Exclusions: The service does not cover preventive maintenance, printer hardware repairs, or future cartridge issues beyond the current refill. - Warranty: No extended warranty is provided. The guarantee applies only to the refilled cartridge’s immediate usability at the time of service
