One-Time Service: All printer servicing and maintenance are provided strictly on a per-visit basis. No annual maintenance contract (AMC) or ongoing service agreement is included. - Diagnostics: The technician will inspect the printer to identify issues such as paper jams, connectivity problems, print quality defects, or mechanical faults. - Repairs & Maintenance: Services may include cleaning, minor adjustments, replacement of worn-out parts, driver/software installation, and troubleshooting of operational errors. - Parts & Consumables: Any replacement parts, cartridges, or consumables required will be billed separately, with prior customer approval. - Testing: After service, the printer will be tested to confirm functionality. - Data & Device Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring proper access to the printer and safeguarding any connected systems or data.
