Scope of Service (Without AMC) – CCTV Service and Maintenance - One-Time Service: Work is provided per visit only, with no annual maintenance contract or ongoing obligations. - Diagnostics: Inspection of cameras, DVR/NVR units, wiring, and connectivity to identify faults. - Repairs & Maintenance: Includes cleaning, alignment, firmware/software updates, minor repairs, and troubleshooting of operational issues. - Parts & Consumables: Replacement parts, cables, or accessories are billed separately with customer approval. - Testing: System will be tested for recording, playback, and live monitoring after service. - Customer Responsibility: Client must provide access to equipment and necessary credentials for configuration. - Exclusions: Preventive maintenance schedules, future breakdowns, or unrelated issues are not covered. - Warranty: No extended warranty beyond the specific repair or maintenance performed during the visit.
