Scope of Service (Without AMC) - One-Time Visit: Services are provided strictly on a per-visit basis. No ongoing maintenance or service contract is implied. - Diagnostics: The technician will assess the computer to identify hardware and software issues. - Repairs & Solutions: Work may include hardware replacement, software installation, virus/malware removal, operating system troubleshooting, and performance optimization. - Parts & Materials: Any replacement parts or accessories required will be billed separately, with prior customer approval. - Data Responsibility: Customers are responsible for backing up their data before service. The provider is not liable for data loss during repair. - Exclusions: The service does not cover preventive maintenance, periodic check-ups, or future issues beyond the current visit. - Warranty: No extended warranty or service coverage is included beyond the specific repair performed during the visit
