REFUND AND TRANSFER OF MEMBERSHIP POLICY 1. Course Access Details • Course includes live sessions, pre-recorded videos, downloadable materials (PDFs, audio, video, text messages). • Access Policy: - Videos: Available for 90 days from course start. - Audio, & Text Messages: Lifetime access. - Access is granted only when the course officially begins. 2. Refund Policy • Eligibility Window: Students may request a refund within 3 days from the purchase date. • Refunds Will NOT Be Granted If: - Request is made after 3 days from purchase. - Any live session is attended, or any recorded session is accessed. - PDFs, Audio, or Video materials are downloaded. - Text messages are received. - The course/product was purchased at a discount or under any promotional offer. - The program is a WhatsApp Course. • Refund Method: - Refunds will be processed via bank transfer into the account of the student. - Any platform service charges and taxes (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount. 3. Refund Process (If Applicable) • Once your request is received and reviewed, you’ll receive an email notification about approval or rejection. • If approved, the refund will be processed, and credit will be applied to your account within 7 to 15 days. 4. Late or Missing Refunds • If you haven’t received your refund: 1. Re-check your bank account. 2. Contact your bank, as processing delays can occur. 3. Transfer Policy • No transfer of membership is allowed: - To another person. - To a different batch or future offering. • Sharing, distributing, or transferring course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. 6.
