Refunds for cancellations are processed based on the notice period provided before the scheduled departure. For cancellations made more than 15 days in advance, a refund will be issued minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the trip will incur a 25% deduction, while cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the trip are subject to a 50% deduction. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled start time or in the event of a "No Show." All eligible refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
