1. No Refund Policy All payments made for this workshop are non-refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstances. 2. No Rescheduling Please note that the session cannot be rescheduled. Ensure that you are available at the scheduled time. 3. Consent to Recording By registering, you acknowledge and consent that clips of the session may be recorded for internal and promotional purposes. 4. Intellectual Property & Content Protection All content shared during the sessions — including slides, frameworks, exercises, examples, and downloadable resources — is the intellectual property of ELEKHTRA by Lekh Uthaiah. Aspirants agree NOT to share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any part of the session or its materials. 5. Punctuality Please join the session on time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show and the session will be canceled on that ground. 6. Behaviour & Etiquette Participants are expected to maintain respectful behaviour during the workshop. Any disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund. 7. Technical Responsibility Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a functioning device. The instructor is not liable for technical issues from the participant’s end. 8. Visibility Requirement Aspirant is required to join with their camera ON during the session. This ensures an authentic, engaging learning environment. 9. Technical Preparation Check your internet connection and test the Google Meet link in advance to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted session.
