Aanchal Kumaar is not responsible for any actions taken by the client following a session. 4. For Voice call, Video call consultations, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for rescheduling. No-shows or late arrivals (past 15 minutes) will result in a forfeited session without a refund. 6. Aanchal Kumaar reserves the right to refuse service to any individual. If a booking is declined by the practitioner before the service is rendered, a full refund will be processed via Razorpay.
