Terms & Conditions (Legal Version) Binding Agreement: By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the venue, the attendee agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all instructions issued by the organizer, venue management, and security personnel. Non-Refundable Tickets: All tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable, except in the event of complete cancellation by the organizer. Line-up changes, weather conditions, force majeure events, or schedule modifications shall not entitle ticket holders to refunds. Force Majeure: The organizer shall not be liable for cancellation, delay, or modification of the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including but not limited to government orders, law & order issues, natural calamities, weather conditions, acts of God, strikes, technical failures, or artist unavailability. Assumption of Risk: Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in a Holi event, including but not limited to exposure to colors, water, loud music, crowd movement, and outdoor conditions. Entry and participation are at the attendee’s sole risk. Liability Waiver: The organizer, partners, sponsors, venue owners, and associated personnel shall not be liable for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, loss, theft, damage, accident, or death arising from attendance at the event, except in cases of proven gross negligence. Color & Water Disclaimer: Only permitted colors may be used within the venue. Attendees are responsible for protecting personal belongings, clothing, electronic devices, and valuables from color, water, or environmental exposure. The organizer shall not be liable for any damage caused by color or water during the event. Prohibited Items & Conduct: Outside alcohol, drugs, weapons, inflammable materials, glass bottles, chemical colors, permanent dyes, or any hazardous objects are strictly prohibited. Misconduct, harassment, violence, or disorderly behavior will result in immediate removal without refund and possible legal action. Security & Screening: All attendees are subject to security checks. Refusal to comply may result in denied entry without refund. Right of Admission Reserved: The organizer reserves the absolute right to refuse entry or eject any individual at its sole discretion for safety, compliance, or behavioral reasons. Photography & Media Rights: By entering the venue, attendees grant the organizer irrevocable rights to use their image, likeness, voice, or recordings captured during the event for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes without compensation. No Responsibility for Personal Property: The organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, vehicles, or valuables. Re-entry Policy: Re-entry is permitted only if officially authorized. Wristbands once removed, damaged, or tampered with shall render the ticket invalid. Compliance with Laws: Attendees must comply with all applicable local laws, government regulations, and venue rules. Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from this event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Rishikesh / Uttarakhand. Severability Clause: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
