Products & Colours We make every reasonable effort to accurately represent the colours, designs, prints and appearance of our products. Minor variations may occur due to photography, screen/display settings, printing and manufacturing processes and shall not by themselves be treated as defects. 2. Size Selection Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order. Please refer to the size chart/product measurements carefully before completing your purchase. 3. STRICT NO-RETURN / NO-EXCHANGE POLICY ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR CHANGE OF MIND, SIZE/COLOUR SELECTION, FIT, PERSONAL PREFERENCE, OR AFTER AN ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED. Customers are therefore requested to carefully verify the product, colour, size, quantity, delivery address and other order details before making payment. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that a consumer is entitled to under applicable Indian law, including where goods received are defective, damaged, incorrect, spurious, or materially different from what was ordered or advertised. 4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from the product ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with your Order ID and clear photographs/video showing the issue. After verification, Life of Soldiers may provide an appropriate replacement or refund, as applicable. This exception should not be treated as a general return or exchange facility. 5. Orders & Payments Orders are confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment. Payments made through the online store are processed through the authorised payment gateway. 6. Order Cancellation Cancellation requests may be considered only if received before the order is processed/dispatched. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot ordinarily be cancelled. 7. Shipping & Delivery Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address and contact details. Delivery timelines communicated by us are estimates and may vary due to location, courier operations, holidays, weather, force majeure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Life of Soldiers shall not be responsible for failed delivery resulting from an incorrect/incomplete address or contact information supplied by the customer, subject to applicable law. 8. Intellectual Property The Life of Soldiers name, logo, artwork, graphics, merchandise designs, photographs and associated branding are proprietary intellectual property. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission. 9. Pricing & Availability Prices and product availability are subject to change. However, changes made after an order has been successfully confirmed will not retrospectively alter the price paid for that confirmed order. 10. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, Life of Soldiers shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of merchandise. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights. 11. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Nothing contained herein is intended to waive or restrict rights available to consumers under applicable consumer-protection laws.
