Policy on Missed or Incomplete Attempts • Missed or incomplete attempts are not eligible for refund or rescheduling • Policy ensures fairness, discipline, and seriousness • Objective is results-oriented commitment, not dependency • Both mentor and student are expected to invest full effort sincerely 2. Scheduling and Test Timing Policy • All batch tests conducted at fixed and uniform time • No exceptions to maintain fairness and discipline • If unable to attend, prior intimation to mentor is mandatory • Online activities scheduled only between: o 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM • Offline activities scheduled only between: o 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM • Special scheduling allowed maximum 2 times only • If offline test is missed more than 2 times, it must be attempted online 3. Test Transfer and Rescheduling Policy • Transfer or rescheduling allowed only within 7 days of batch commencement • Requests after 7 days will not be entertained • Early intimation is required for proper planning and coordination 4. No Refunds or Credits for Missed Tests • Mentorship is a comprehensive guidance program, not just test conduction • Includes: o Strategic planning o Continuous monitoring o Performance review o Personalized mentoring • No refunds or credits for tests missed due to personal reasons • Non-utilization of any part of the program does not entitle refund 5.
