Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session. Non-refundable for cancellations within 48 hours of the session. 3. Rescheduling: One-time rescheduling is allowed with 24-hour notice, subject to availability. 4. Client Responsibilities: Stable internet connection and access to Zoom. Provide access to YouTube Channel and relevant data when asked after confirmed booking. 5. Recording Policy: Recordings of the consultation session are not included in the service fee. Recordings are available at an additional cost. The company retains full rights to use the recordings for educational and promotional purposes. 6. Confidentiality: Information shared during consultation need to be kept confidential by the client.
