This is the second print edition of our Wild Food Zine, part of the Wild Food Project (Monsoons, Palghar) by The Locavore in collaboration with OOO Farms. In this project, we ventured into Maharashtra's Palghar district to explore and document the wild foods available during the rainy season.
Our first edition of 300 printed copies sold out quickly after its publication, and due to the overwhelming number of requests we received from India and abroad, we have decided to reprint it.
However, what makes this reprint even more special is that we are now releasing a Marathi version of the zine as well. This is our way of giving back to the community members in Palghar who generously guided us throughout the project. They opened their homes and farms, teaching us about wild foods, how to cook with them, and sharing delicious recipes for us to document.
