Cancellation and Refund Policy: 1. Cancellation Within 24 Hours: You can cancel your enrollment within 24 hours of enrollment. To do this, please email nationaldefenceinstitute@gmail.com with your name, the course you enrolled in, your invoice or receipt, email ID, and the phone number used during registration. Alternatively, you can call us at +91 9150981462. We will refund 70% of the course fee (excluding GST) if you cancel within this time, assuming you enrolled after a detailed inquiry, a phone call, or attending a demo class, and after reading these terms and conditions. 2. Cancellation After 48 Hours: We do not accept cancellation requests after 48 hours of enrollment, even if you haven't attended any classes or tests. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling. 3. Sainik Class 6 2025 Exam Online Courses (Live & Recording): No refunds are available for online courses (whether recorded or live). Before enrolling, you receive detailed course information or a demo of recorded videos or live-demo sessions. 4. Course Validity: The online course will remain valid till upcoming AISSEE-2026 Class-6 Exam. 5. No Refunds After Scheduled Period: No refunds will be given if you request a refund after the scheduled period or date of classes/tests, even if you have not attended any classes or tests. 6. Refund Process: The refund process (as mentioned in point 1) will take 10-15 business days. Please note that the refund only applies to the course fee and does not include GST. 7. Jurisdiction: All disputes or legal issues are subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai courts only.
