1️⃣ Business Days & Session Availability Coach Anamika Pandey’s business days are Monday to Saturday, with session availability subject to scheduling. 2️⃣ Validity & Rescheduling Policy The discovery call must be utilized within 30 days from the date of booking. After this period, the booking will expire, and a new appointment must be scheduled. Rescheduling of the discovery call is not permitted under any circumstances. Please ensure your availability at the scheduled time to make the most of this opportunity. 3️⃣ Booking & Cancellation Policy Once a session date and time are allotted, they cannot be changed or rescheduled. If the session is canceled by the client for any reason, no refund will be provided. Please book only if you are fully committed, as services cannot be interchanged or transferred once booked. 4️⃣ Payment & Enrollment Terms All payments must be made in advance at the time of booking. Bookings via calls or messages will not be accepted. This is the only official medium for scheduling sessions. 5️⃣ Communication & Response Time For any inquiries, please allow 24-48 hours for a response via email. 6️⃣ Code of Conduct Respectful communication is expected at all times. Abusive, rude, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate cancellation of the session without a refund. Any decisions made by the client before, during, or after the session are their sole responsibility. 7️⃣ Medical Disclaimer The Discovery Call is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment.
