I hereby also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Counsel India, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives (collectively referred to as the "Company") from any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including but not limited to legal fees, arising out of or in connection with any damage to reputation, harm on social media or any other medium, and false allegations made by me or any third party against the Company. I acknowledge that the Company has the right to take appropriate legal action to protect its reputation and interests in the event of any such claims or allegations. This indemnity shall survive the termination of my relationship with the Company.
