We only offer emotional wellness counselling services we are not Medical or Suicidal prevention helpline, In Career Counselling we do not offer any kind of job / placement / admission services, Counselee deemed to have opted for services with own free will, Counselling only through prior appointment, Cancellation only if requested on mail (info@snjskyemc.com) within 24 Hrs of fees payment, No cancellation request of any kind will be accepted In cases where session / assessment initiated / shared by us or requested by counselee / upgraded modules / where 24 Hrs period from date of fee payment by any means has crossed (including weekly holidays, sundays, any other public holidays), In case of any kind of cancellation request Cancellation charges applicable @ INR 1250/- plus Processing Charges INR 250/- deducted in all cases (please refer disclaimer section of career counselling intake form for further details), Counselling shall only start once fee payment successfully reflects at our end, In case of module upgradation fee of INR 250 applicable, Module downgrade not permissible, Sole responsibility of Counselee to submit Intake form & attend all session nd submit Assesments on time in case of failure to do so counselling process gets automatically terminated post 7 days from date of initial fee payment & no fee refund request is entertained since the permissible period of requesting cancellation is only within 24 hours from date of fee payment, Counselling fees is not transferable in any case. (Important - On successfully completing Fee payment formal mail will be received with receipt from Razorpay with transaction reference No., only this Razorpay receipt will be considered as fee confirmation, in case of non receipt of any such confirmation mail kindly check at your end with your payment service provider (Your Bank, UPI) for final status of ur transaction we will only be able to acknowledge fee payment & initiate services only once we receive confirmatory mail from Razorpay regarding particular transaction)
