1. Fee is not refundable if the case is withdrawn by the applicant. 2 Processing fees are not transferable & refundable. 3 Embassy expenses received are not refundable. 4. I have read the ‘Agreement of Engagement’ and all the terms/conditions, therein have been fully explained to me and same are acceptable to me. 5. This receipt is subject to the realization of cheques. 6. All deputies are subject to the jurisdiction of Chandigarh courts only. 7 Consultations fees and processing fees are not refundable even if the visa is refused by the concerned embassy. 8. This receipt is valid only for 6 months.
