Terms and Conditions – APIBridge Cloud

(1) Refund Policy: If you find any issue, just email us on support@algoji.com within 10 days of receiving the login credentials. We will refund your 100% money with no questions asked.

(2) APIBridge cloud does not give you admin permissions. You cannot use any other software than APIBridge and Google Chrome. For Admin permissions, use the VPS4Trading Service by Algoji.

(3) It may take one week to setup your cloud and send login credentials through email. We request your patience.

(4) Phone Support, exclusively for cloud will be available 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. We will send you support details along with login credentials.

Terms and Conditions – VPS4Trading

(1) Pricing: The first month price is Rs. 2360 and renewal price for subsequent months is Rs. 1770. In the first month, additional setup cost is required.

(2) Refund Policy: Refund will be provided only if you make payment by mistake. Please email us within 48 hours of making the payment on support@algoji.com

(3) VPS4Trading gives you admin permissions. You are free to install any software. However, Algoji will not be responsible, if any of your installations corrupt your trading setup.

(4) It may take two working days to setup your VPS and send login credentials through email. We request your patience.

(5) Phone Support, exclusively for VPS will be available 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. We will send you support details along with login credentials.

(6) Only Monthly subscription is available. The VPS cost depends on many factors beyond our control. Algoji reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
