1. Before the distributing or receiving all testimonials the principal or the student must cross check there available data of all details. If any discrepancy found please inform to the concerned to responsible authority. 2. If any of the testimonials lost or damaged or tom anew testimonials will be issued for the bonafied students by providing paying fees. 3. All the testimonials issued by the board should be collected by the students with in the same academic year. Otherwise the students have to paid late fee. 4. Students can choice their study subject between various lab and non lab subject offered by the board students should take all the information about subject combination offered at their institution before taking admission. 5. As you know that the BOARD is an autonomous body, All the testimonials issued by the board is based on its examination system database. 6. Students should obtained minimum 40% marks in each subject, and also obtained 40% marks in theory base subjects, If any student obtained below 40%, he/she will disqualified. 7. Total marks divide in grade system. 8. This Examination totally Experience Base Postal Examination. 9. This is not a Practicing Registration Certificate. 10. This Examination is a Knowledge Growing Examination. 11. If any pass out student wants to practice in Medical Field as a Primary Health Worker, He / She have to register separately with the council for practicing. 12. Examination Process : • Please use only A4 size White Paper, • Please do not use Red Ink Pen, • Should be maintain 1 inch margin in all side, • Please maintained the Page Number in Examination Paper , • Attach Examination Front Page in Examination Paper • Please, you will try to clean of your Examination paper. • We are requested to all candidates, please written the answer sheet using only English or Bengali language. Because others language are not acceptable.
