Refund Policy Refund Policy for Services (Other than Mudita Day Care Plan) being offered by us: You may request cancellation of the session of any of our services that you might have booked by sending us an email at [blessings@drshivanikhetan.com.]. If you have made an advance payment and you request for cancellation of service: At least 72 hours prior to the first session, a full refund of the payment will be processed; Less than 72 hours prior to the first session, refund of [80]% of the payment deposited will be processed; If cancellation is requested, at any time after the first session has been conducted, proportionate refund will be given only for the remaining number of sessions. Refund Policy for Mudita Day Care Plan: If you have booked our Mudita Day Care Plan and wish to cancel your booking, you may place a request for cancellation by ending us an email at [blessings@drshivanikhetan.com.]. If you have made an advance payment and you request for cancellation then proportionate refund will be given for the balance period and services not rendered, solely at our discretion. Mode of Refund: For payments made via Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / Digital Wallet, Refund will be processed to the same account used for making the payment. The processing time for refund will be 7-10 business days. For Cash payments, Refund will be transferred to the bank account specified by you within 7-10 business days.
