Sahyadri Devrai - TreeStory Foundation is registered as a not-for-profit organisation, dedicated to the effort of replanting & reforestation. We make it simple for you to plant trees around the country. We work with amazing reforestation partners around the country that need your support to help get trees in the ground.

We plant and take care of the trees to minimum of 3 years till it is standing tall and achieved full growth.

Tax exemption details

Sahyadri Devrai  is registered as a not-for-profit organisation under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, enabling the Foundation to seek donations under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act.

As per the revised tax exemption act, effective 1 April 2017, all your donations of above Rs. 500 to Sahyadri Devrai  is eligible for 50% tax exemption under Section 80G of Income Tax Act. Once you make your donation to Sahyadri Devrai, tax certificate will be generated within six days from the date of contribution made through online donations; and including the postal duration it will take 10 days for the exemption certificate to reach you.

The 80G tax benefit is applicable only for Indian donors and NRI donors (Indian citizens, holding an Indian passport). Foreign donors will be eligible for tax exemption as per the tax laws of their respective countries
