Pickup Mode -
A. The customer can pickup directly from NOF office.
B. Customer can schedule & pickup through delivery agents like Dunzo, Lynk etc.,
Pickup Days
Customer Pickup/Pickup through Delivery Agents
(Dunzo/Porter etc.,): Please schedule the pick up, weekly thrice Tue/Thu/Sat from 3-5 PM ONLY.
Wrong Item Delivered - Should be reported to NOF immediately upon delivery. Share photos of wrong product to info@nammaooru.org along with order information. Shipping charges for replacing the wrong product will be borne by NOF.
Order Cancellation - Contact NOF for a case by case
addressing.
REFUNDS: Refunds will take minimum of two weeks.
