ND Legal Foundation, is incorporated under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 and has its registered office at Lalman Niwas, Ground Floor, Vidya Sagar Pally, Khalpara, Siliguri, 734005, India. NyaayDarshak is the business name under which the legal support wing of ND Legal Foundation operates.

Tax exemption details

Donations to NyaayDarshak are exempt under 80G of The Income-tax Act, 1961. Please ensure that you share your correct email address and PAN Card number while contributing in order to receive your receipt.

No foreign donations

We are not registered under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010, so we do not accept foreign remittances. At this time, only Indian citizens with Indian bank accounts can make donations.
