This arrangement is a priority setup for customers looking for premium service.
Support request will be allocated based on our time availability & based on the preferred timing provided by the client.
Fee breakup:
- Phone Call - 5 Minutes Discussion: Rs.200 -5 Minutes [Refer Policy]
- Additional 15 Minutes: Rs.300/- Extra [Refer Policy]
Refund Policy:
- If the customer makes a purchase, a portion of amount paid for premium support will be discounted in order total upon request only.
1. If Any cancellation of service(s) after the placement of confirmed order will transaction fee of 20% of the total amount will be deducted along with the processing fee and the balance will be refunded.
2. No cancellation or refund will be made once the service is provided through the requested mode as per the provided requirements.
3. If customer query is out of scope, partial refund shall be provided upon request manually upon valid requests only.
4. Subject To Namakkal Jurisdiction only.
5. VOIP, Online calls, Phone calls - Calls provided based on this hierarchy.
6. Total liability of this consultation service is for the total value of the amount paid for the booking only. Customers should make their own decisions as per the data and view points acquired through this service and must claim its responsibility themselves.
