• Funds of this nature would help in mobilizing Parent groups in every district by empowering them who thereby would be a dynamo in taking this effort forwards to other people within the district and the state.
• The parent groups would be trained on the disorder, who could train other parents, celebrate events, empowering sensitive parents toward counseling.
