Terms and Conditions 1. Cancellation of Admission/Registration IITians Curious Minds reserves the right to cancel or terminate a student’s admission/registration under the following circumstances: a. Indiscipline, immoral conduct, or disrespectful behavior b. Non-compliance with instructions and directions given by teachers c. Irregular payment of fees d. Failure of students or parents to adhere to guidelines for lectures or our support system 2. Use of Information IITians Curious Minds reserves the right to use the provided information for internal purposes and marketing activities. 3. Fee Structure & Refund Policy a. Admission Fees (Non-refundable): ₹75,000 for the IIT batch ₹50,000 for other college section courses b. Tuition Fees: The remaining amount after deducting the admission fees Fee breakdown: 60% of the tuition fee applies to Class 11 40% of the tuition fee applies to Class 12 c. Refund Policy for Tuition Fees: Within 1 month: Full refund of tuition fees for Class 11 and Class 12 Within 2 months: 75% refund of Class 11 tuition fees + full refund of Class 12 tuition fees Within 3 months: 50% refund of Class 11 tuition fees + full refund of Class 12 tuition fees After 3 months: 10% refund of Class 11 tuition fees + full refund of Class 12 tuition fees After 6 months: No refund for Class 11 tuition fees; only Class 12 tuition fees will be refunded After the commencement of Class 12: No refunds will be issued d. Important Notes: Admission fees are strictly non-refundable. The refund policy applies only to tuition fees. 4. General Notes a. All fees mentioned are for coaching services only and do not include any school or college fees. b. Any delay in fee payment will incur an additional interest charge of 2% per month. 5. Indemnity Clause The company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from a student’s actions or behavior. 6. Legal Jurisdiction Any disputes related to the institute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Mumbai High Court.
