2. How to get a Refund of the COD token?

# Once the COD order is Delivered, just confirm with official customer support over WhatsApp (+91-8600366600). They will process your refund within 24hrs.

3. Why this COD Token fee?

# Cellbell is keen to offer continuous Free shipping to all delivered orders irrespective of payment mode as online or COD.

However, some customers just refuse the COD package while it's mid-way which leads to unnecessary bigger double losses for us as our packages are of a bigger size, which hinders our ability to offer free shipping to genuine customers.

Hence now onwards, the COD token amount is completely refundable only for delivered COD orders, not for refused orders.

4. In case of exception undelivered orders, what happens?

# In a few exceptional cases, where the order is not refused by the customer, but it gets returned to the seller due to some technical issue from the courier company end, then in such cases, COD Token fees are refundable. Token fees only apply in cases where the package is refused by the customer irrespective of any reason.
