Developing a Mantric Body
Developing a Mantric Body, an online workshop organised by NAMAH, the Journal of Integral Health with Shweta Rajurkar on15-18 April, 2025 at 4.30-6.00 pm IST
Doing Ajapa Japa is a meditation technique that involves repeating a mantra effortlessly and spontaneously. It’s a part of classical Yoga-Tantra tradition, practised here in the light of Integral Yoga along with deeper body work. The Divine Sound and Vibrations get the body to reverberate to a particular frequency, which align more with the higher vibrations of consciousness.
Course experiential coverage
- Staying present inside the body
- Practising expansion & condensation with the breath & prana
- Chanting primordial mantras. Beej mantras and Mother's mantras within the cells / tiny points across our body
- Being present with the vibration & sensations of sound uttered in the body
