Program Description
In order to promote fair business practices in Micro and Small Businesses, Council For Business Practices provides micro and small companies (having turnover less than 50 crores) with ratings (one star to five stars) based on their fair business practices by analysing its ethical work practices. The Certificate will be issued with the following ratings as decided by the Jury:-
*Poor
**Not Satisfactory
***Average
****Good
*****Excellent
Fees Breakup
Fees amount - INR 10,000
GST amount - INR 1,800 (18%)

CFBP was established in 1966 by stalwarts of business & industry like Mr. J. R. D. Tata, Mr. Ramkrishna Bajaj, Mr. Arvind Mafatlal, Mr. F.T. Khorakiwala, Mr. Naval Tata, Mr. S.P. Godrej, Mr. J.N. Guzder and Mr. Keshab Mahindra and others who recognized the imperative need of business & industry to regulate itself. CFBP undertakes a wide spectrum of initiatives to further its mission which includes conducting public seminars and painting competitions for the upcoming artists on key consumer issues. It serves as a bridge between the manufacturers and consumers of promotion of good business relationship. Its membership includes businessmen, professionals & consumers.
